What you will do
Vibe-check every release. AI-built flows often pass the spec but feel wrong for real users. You catch that, before our users do.
Test with judgement, not checklists. You explore real user paths across iOS, Android and web, and decide whether something is good enough to ship.
Use AI as a multiplier. Ask Claude to brainstorm edge cases, draft precise bug reports from your notes, summarize logs, compare release diffs. You stay hands-on with the product, not in the code.
Translate between product, design and engineering. You give engineers a clean repro, give designers a screenshot with the broken UX, give PMs a clear "ship or wait" signal.
Own the quality bar over time. As our output grows, you shape what "good enough" looks like and how we scale judgement, not headcount.
What we're looking for
You have a strong product and UX instinct. You can tell the difference between something that works and something that feels right, and you can articulate why.
You have technical literacy without being an engineer. You understand frontend, backend, APIs, networks and mobile platforms enough to talk fluently with developers, but you don’t need to write code.
AI tools are part of how you work. They are open in another tab while you test. You write better bug reports with them, brainstorm edge cases, decode stack traces.
You communicate cleanly. Your bug tickets land with precise repros, expected vs actual, and the right level of context. Engineers don’t bounce them back.
You take ownership end-to-end, from finding an issue to seeing the fix shipped.
What's required
2+ years in a role where you owned product quality on real consumer-facing mobile apps (QA, product testing, support engineering, design QA, or similar).
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
Based in a European time zone (UTC-1 to UTC+3).
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Bonus points if you have…
Background in product management, UX or product design.
Experience reading code or scripting (helps you debug faster, but never required for the day-to-day).
Experience with mobile QA tooling (Maestro, Detox, XCUITest, Espresso) or compiling your own debug builds.
You have shipped consumer apps with millions of users.
Fluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Why you will love it
Real impact. Work on products that millions of people use every day across Jaumo, WeightBuddy and Cosmy. Your judgement directly shapes what they see.
Lean and serious. 25 people, 10 countries, fully remote. No middle layer between you and the decisions that matter.
AI-first culture. We don’t resist AI tools, we build our workflow around them. You’ll be encouraged and expected to use Claude as part of yours.
Flexibility & balance. 100% remote, working hours aligned to UTC-1 to UTC+3. We care about results, not hours.
Fair compensation. Competitive salary, 30 days paid vacation, your local public holidays.
